Return & Refund Policy


We offer free returns just for apparel within the United States when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Free shipping on returns is only valid for orders over $75.Refunds are not valid on orders that include a free gift with purchase. We will accept exchanges for those orders.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in a original condition ( unworn, unwashed, unaltered ) with the tags, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For free return please email within 10 business days from the date of your purchase. In the email, notify us  your intent to return and list the order number for the relevant item/s. In 24 to 48 hours you will receive an email containing a prepaid label postage. Print the label, place it on your package, and drop it at the nearest post office.

Please note that your return request must be received in 10 business days and the return item/s must be delivered within 30 days. Therefore, we suggest to contact us as soon as possible, receive the prepaid label, and mail it before 30 days have gone.

 If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (Style, size, color ), you must contact us at within 5 days of recipient and provide a photo of the defect.

Please note that we do not offer free returns during the sale season.


- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- All items marked " Final Sale"
- Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items, including items with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains

Naughty Grl reserves the right to determine elegilibilty for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

REFUNDS ( If applicable )

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 14 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges ( If applicable )

- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment day.

- At this time, we only accept exchange for the same style but different size or color.

- If you wish to exchange your item/s with a different one/s please return your item/s with our prepaid label postage( we will email it to you in 24 to 48 hrs), place a new order and receive your refund for your previous purchase.

- Please note that since our products will sell out quickly, it's better you place your new order first.
