ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your Naughty Grl account. If your order history shows " Processing" then we have received your order and it's being processed. You can also find your tracking number in your account page.
If you don't have account with us, once your order has been placed, you will receive shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number, if available.
Tracking number is not provided for ordered shipped via USPS First Class international.
CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting the order.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
For security purposes, we may take extra measures to verify the cardholder's identity and biling information.
If it appears that you have a double charge on your statement, what you are seeing is a pre-authorization a common bank practice. Pre-authorization shows as a secound charge, but it is actually a pending transaction that is not debited from your account. The authorization amount automatically clears once the purchase debite clears.
As a part of our verification process, you may be required to send Naughty Grl a copy of:
- The credit card used to make the purchase
- A goverment-issued photo ID for the cardholder
If we are unable to verify the billing information provided, we will contact you at the email address for your account. If you do not respond within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
